PSM – Architects Co. Ltd is a consutancy company registered under Tanzania Company’s registration (CAP 212) and the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board. The company has been providing profession services since 1999 making the firm to aquire vast experience in the sector. All projects acquired by the company are managed with the same commitment andquality to comply with the expected required standards.

Tested Experience
PSM – Architects has expertise and resources, which enable the firm to provide quality practical and appropriate output in the entire building process. The senior professional staff has significant project experience in Tanzania and abroad and has acquired comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry in the process.
The Director and Principal Architect is Peter Matinde who is a trained architect in the United Kingdom. He has over year’s professional experience in Tanzania and United
Kingdom and has worked on large firms in both countries. Architect Shabani Mwatawala, Allan Sempoli, Joel Maro, Kevin J. Chacha Ikumboka Museru, Lidia Sifael and Interior designer Aisaa V. Temu will assist him. A total of 17 full time staffs are employed and these include technicians, Secretarial staff and general office staff.
